If you recall the book Da Vinci Code, or Angel of Demons, without going into the merits/demerits of those 2 books, they were written in a fascinating manner which kept the reader hooked on to them. fast paced and well edited - 3/4th of the book was great but the last bit - THE so called climax - was an absolute disappointment. Complete turn off and fizzed out all the excitement that had built up in the preceding parts.

I havent seen Dostana, but generally i do agree with what you wrote there. Writing the end bit happens to be the most difficult part. Much difficult than the intro. You have to create the sort of impact which supercedes everything prior to that and create a long lasting impact.

This is why i think the movies, the books, the music albums, they need to be more organised and atleast have an idea how they want to end it, rather than just going through a flow and by the end, be bereft of ideas to give an effective conclusion.

It's good to hear u haven't give up on the blog. The blog isn't meant to be a burden, it's personal space write whatever u want, once in a while u might get something substantial. About Dostana I've seen a couple of movies with dragged endings spoils the whole experience doesn't it! Anyways Best of luck with the writing!
